At Simpoliving, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within this timeframe. Items received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following conditions:

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and protective films intact.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as earrings or pierced jewelry) may not be eligible for return if the original seal or packaging has been opened, unless they are defective.
3. Return Process

Initiate Request: Contact us at hello.rxq@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for return. Please include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Approval: Our team will review your request within 48 hours. Do not send items back without prior written approval (RMA).

Shipping: Once approved, we will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., “don’t like it,” “wrong size ordered”), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Simpoliving will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Method & Timeline

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method automatically.

Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
