At Simpoliving, we aim to provide high-quality products and a reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains your options and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
1.1 Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible.
1.2 Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following:
- Unused and in original condition
- Original packaging included
- No signs of wear, damage, stains, or missing parts
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable items
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized products
- Health/hygiene-related products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day period
Please do not send any product back before contacting us.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping).

If eligible, we will provide a return address and instructions.
Step 3 — Returning the Product
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Step 4 — Inspection & Refund
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Requests must be made within 30 days. Contact us before sending any product back.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

6. Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.
The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
7. Gift Orders
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
