1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If processing delays occur due to high order volume or stock adjustments, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping (selected regions): 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistics delays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order weight.

Some promotional items may qualify for free shipping.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link
  • Carrier information

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Simpoliving is not responsible for customs delays, additional fees, or inspection times.


6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable at delivery
  • Local carrier restrictions

If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Simpoliving is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please:

  • Contact the local carrier
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Email us for assistance

8. Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or video evidence.

We will provide a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
